Booking Policy

  • Bookings can be made via the form on the booking page.

  • If you cannot make your appointment, please notify me 48 hours prior.

  • A £50 booking fee must be made prior to your appointment in order to secure your booking. This is transferable but not refundable.

  • You must be at least 18+ for all treatments. All clients will be required to fill out a consultation and consent form prior to your treatment. You must bring your ID to your appointment.

    Unfortunately we have a strict no children policy due to the nature of our business as we are not insured to have minors on the premises.

 Commonly asked questions

  • Anti-wrinkle injections treat the muscles of the face to relax, helping to smooth out wrinkles.

    Anti-wrinkle injections will typically last 3 to 4 months. However, factors such as which area is being treated, how your skin reacts to treatment and amount of time you spend in the sun, metabolism we take into account.

    Ideal for patients looking to soften fine lines & wrinkles, if you suffer with jaw clenching/teeth grinding, excessive sweating.

  • Dermal fillers are used to replace lost volume, contour and add structure to the face.

    Can help to minimise the appearance of wrinkles in certain areas.

    We use them most commonly in the lip area to add more volume, shape & defenition.

  • For Dermal filler treatments we use a topical numbing cream, some of our fillers also contain lidocaine which is helping to numb the area as we are injecting.

    We will also give you a stress ball to squeeze and use different breathing techniques throughout your treatment to help make it as comfortable as possible for you.

  • After a injectable treatment there are risks of bruising, swelling, redness to the area this should subside within 2 weeks.

    We go over all potential complications prior to treatments and what to look out for.

    Any lumps and bumps should subside within 2 weeks, we are happy to review this again once the 2 week period has passed if you still have any concerns we are always there for patients aftercare.

  • Dermal fillers can last 6 months- a year or longer depending on the type of filler used and each patient.

    These can vary due to lifestyle, skin type & metabolism.

    If you are having Dermal filler for the first time it can take a few appointments to gain the desired results, it is better to have small quantities of filler over a period of time to ensure we don’t over fill a area and cause any migration.

  • We always advise having a treatment at least 2 weeks prior to flying, incase there are any complications you would need to return to the clinic.

  • Yes, we use hyaluronic acid fillers which are completely reversible using a product called hyaluronidase.
